At Sol Terra, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully handled to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene. As a swimwear brand, your safety and wellbeing are our utmost priority.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on swimwear that has been worn, washed, or had the hygiene liner removed.
We kindly ask that all items are tried on over underwear and remain in original condition, with:
- Hygiene liner fully intact
- Original tags attached
- No signs of wear, washing, scent, or markings
If these conditions are not met, we will be unable to process a return.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes things don’t feel quite right. If your item is unworn, in original condition, and meets the hygiene requirements above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange (subject to availability).
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will always aim to resolve this promptly and fairly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
